System approach to line managers education at company CIUR, a. s.

The presented rigorous work on the topic of a systemic approach to the education of line managers in the corporation CIUR, a. s., Is focused on the creation and implementation of an educational model directly for a specific corporation and the design of measures to improve the education system. This is an area where early implementation in practice can be expected. The theoretical part of the rigorous thesis deals with the education of line managers, which is considered a necessary step to increase competitiveness and reduce costs (complaints, scrap products). It describes individual areas of systematic education in the corporation, supports the implementation of IT technologies in teaching, the importance of which is currently invaluable. Furthermore, in the field of education of line managers, it solves educational needs, design of optimal educational methods and forms, development of competencies or use of talent management for education. The practical part introduces the corporation CIUR, a.s. and comparative corporation B, which is conducted quantitative research, using research methods of benchmarking, SWOT analysis, questionnaire survey and interviews to determine the importance of educational factors for the line managers of the corporation.
